Amber Grid is hiring a Procurement Specialist in Vilnius to organize procurement committees, assess procurement documents and supplier proposals, evaluate compliance and economic benefits, analyze evaluation models and risks, support suppliers and procurement managers, and improve procurement processes. The role requires a higher or advanced degree in a relevant field, public or commercial procurement experience, knowledge of procurement legislation, Lithuanian and English B2 skills, a Procurement Specialist certificate, and experience with CVP IS and ERP systems. The salary is EUR 3,600–4,500 with taxes, plus additional health insurance and other benefits.
