Rice & Gardner is seeking an experienced Procurement Coordinator in the Houston, Texas area to support procurement and installation of furniture, fixtures and equipment, maintenance and operations equipment, technology, and other construction-related items. The role includes planning FF&E needs, maintaining vendor resources, preparing requisitions, sourcing competitive prices, coordinating installations, resolving vendor billing and warranty issues, and assisting with project design, construction, and closeout activities. The position requires attendance, flexibility for irregular hours, and the ability to perform physical work including occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds.
