RIVR is hiring a Procurement Engineer in its Zürich office to independently manage complex robot-component procurement, including PCBs, custom cables, and mechanical assemblies, while handling six-figure capital expenditures. The role owns vendor timelines, price negotiations, supplier relationships, material tracking, supply-chain risk mitigation, make-versus-buy decisions, and the transition of hardware from prototype to volume production. It requires technical procurement or supply-chain experience, the ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications, strong English communication, and the ability to work autonomously in an evolving startup environment.
