YIT is hiring a Procurement Engineer to support projects across Finland by developing commercial procurement models for structural frames and façades, managing tenders, negotiations, and contract execution, monitoring market conditions, and developing supplier networks. The role requires relevant construction or commercial education, at least three years of procurement or site work experience, structural frame and façade construction experience, strong IT skills, negotiation and interpersonal abilities, fluent English, and the ability to use a personal car. The position combines office and remote work, with the employee working mainly in the office about three days per week.
