Lockheed Martin is hiring a Supplier Quality Assurance Specialist to support onsite quality activities at LM Syracuse. The role coordinates with Operations, Sourcing, Design Engineering, and the supply base; analyzes defect data and root causes; evaluates corrective actions; ensures supplier product compliance; and leads cross-functional teams to improve producibility, quality, inspection, cost, testing, reliability, and affordability. The position requires a bachelor's degree and two years of experience in quality assurance or procurement, along with knowledge of engineering documentation, first-article inspection, defect analysis, and AS9100/ISO9001 systems. The full-time salary range is $70,500 to $130,900, with medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
