Description
Eucalyptus is hiring a Procurement Lead to own sourcing, supplier, and category strategy across its Australian product categories. Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain, the role will build category and negotiation strategy, establish a lightweight S&OP cadence, manage supplier performance and quarterly business reviews, support new product launches, develop supply-risk and landed-cost frameworks, establish contracting standards with Legal and Compliance, and coach junior procurement team members. The role requires at least six years of procurement or strategic sourcing experience, strong commercial negotiation and supplier-management skills, and familiarity with Australian import and regulatory requirements.
