Description
The Procurement Lead will own Rohloff Group’s procurement strategy, sourcing, supplier and contract management, governance, and procurement operations across business units. The role leads commercial negotiations, strategic sourcing, tender and RFP processes, supplier performance, procurement teams, cost-saving initiatives, and commercial decision-making while supporting margin improvement and commercial objectives. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, 7–10 years of procurement, supply chain, or commercial experience, and 3–5 years leading teams.
