Honeywell is hiring a Senior Director of Strategic Sourcing to lead procurement strategy and initiatives that deliver cost savings, working capital improvement, supplier quality, and supply chain continuity. The role owns annual and strategic procurement plans, sourcing transitions, supplier development and negotiation, contract management, procurement team leadership, cross-functional sourcing alignment, and reporting to senior leadership. Candidates need at least 10 years of procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain management experience, strong leadership and negotiation skills, knowledge of SAP and e-sourcing platforms, international experience, and cross-functional exposure.
