Mercedes-Benz U.S. International, Inc. is hiring a Procurement Localization & Supplier Intelligence leader for its Alabama operations. The role develops a competitive and resilient USMCA-localized supplier base, leads market screening, supplier assessments, pre-RFQ sourcing preparation, should-cost analysis, localization, and supply-chain risk strategies, and interfaces with central Purchasing Germany. It supervises six direct reports and requires a bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain/operations, business administration, or a related field, plus at least five years of relevant procurement, supplier quality, or supplier management experience.
