Description
The Sourcing Manager will lead a sourcing category and procurement specialist team supporting ABB’s China grid components business line. The role owns supply chain KPIs, sourcing strategy, supplier development and quality, cost-out projects, supplier audits, process optimization, and procurement team development, while ensuring compliance with P2P policies. It requires a bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or manufacturing, at least five years of experience, managerial experience in operations or supply chain management in a multinational company, strong analytical and leadership skills, English fluency, and travel.
