The role leads a procurement team and develops sourcing strategies for raw materials and ingredients used in global flavor production. Responsibilities include managing direct and indirect procurement, strengthening supplier relationships, negotiating pricing and commercial terms, coordinating with RnD, production, quality, and sales, monitoring supplier performance, ensuring material availability, and improving procurement processes and cost efficiency. The position requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, at least five years of supply chain or procurement experience, at least three years of procurement or supply chain leadership experience, and strong English communication skills.
