Description
The role leads procurement for Coherent Corp.’s Optical Solutions Division, overseeing direct materials, indirect products, services, capital equipment, and facilities totaling more than $50 million. Responsibilities include supplier performance and qualification, master supply agreements, ERP procurement systems, ISO 9001 certification, Sarbanes-Oxley and trade compliance, supplier negotiations, and management of the procurement department and IR Buyers. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or an equivalent field, at least 10 years of purchasing experience in a fast-moving manufacturing environment, and U.S. citizenship or protected individual status due to ITAR compliance.
