Creation Technologies is hiring a Procurement Manager to lead purchasing activities supporting production and operational requirements at a functional or business-unit level. The role manages and develops Buyers, oversees supplier relationships and performance improvement, approves purchasing and inventory transactions, coordinates with Planning and Supply Chain teams, drives cost and inventory reductions, manages PFEP/VMI and contracts, supports process and tool improvements, and serves as backup to the Director of Supply Chain. The position requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 5–10 years of planning or buying experience preferably in electronics, ERP and Microsoft Excel expertise, strong leadership, analytical, planning, communication, and organizational skills, and preferably APICS or PMAC certification/enrollment and Lean Supply Chain experience.
