Description
Crescent Purchasing Consortium is hiring a full-time Procurement Manager for its Northern Procurement team. The role manages client accounts and the operational and strategic delivery of procurement services, including contract procurement, compliance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 and UK legal obligations, value-for-money targets, and leadership of an allocated procurement team. It is predominantly home-based with travel to clients as required, and requires extensive public-sector or education-sector procurement experience, knowledge of the Public Procurement Act 2023, and ILM Level 3 qualification or willingness to work toward it. The salary is up to £59,000 FTE per annum, with a discretionary bonus, pension, leave, development support, and other benefits; visa sponsorship is not offered.
