Description
The Procurement Manager will coordinate and manage complex and international value procurement activities across the EPSO-G group, covering procurement planning, preparation, negotiations, contract award, compliance, transparency, efficiency, and sustainability. The role involves working with suppliers, partners, and experts, monitoring legislative and market changes, and proposing innovative solutions. It requires a university degree in law, management, finance, or economics, public procurement experience, knowledge of Lithuanian procurement law, English at B2 level, and experience with procurement management systems. The position offers flexible office and remote work, additional health insurance, and a proposed salary of EUR 2,900–4,300 with taxes.
