Hall Constructors is seeking a dedicated and passionate Mid-level Procurement Manager to lead their procurement function across multiple divisions and project types. The role involves developing vendor partnerships, negotiating contracts, leveraging purchasing power for cost savings and efficiency, and ensuring compliance. The Procurement Manager will support Estimating, Project Management, and Operations by timely procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontracted services, and will be responsible for overseeing procurement processes, vendor performance, and continuous improvement of purchasing strategies.
