Description
Halma is hiring a Procurement Manager to build group-scale purchasing value across its autonomous companies through opt-in frameworks, lead-buyer arrangements, category strategy, supplier performance, market intelligence, and digital procurement tools. The role focuses on influencing rather than mandating, enabling local teams, and developing automation and AI capabilities. It is based in London three days per week at the Halma Tech Hub near Liverpool Street Station, with additional travel to operating companies and the UK Head Office.
