Description
The Procurement Manager serves as the central contact for procurement activities in Design & Build projects, developing procurement strategies, evaluating supplier offers, conducting award meetings and contract negotiations, processing contracts, monitoring compliance, preparing cost documentation and change requests, and overseeing the procurement process. The role requires commercial training or a relevant degree, plant engineering and building services experience, knowledge of German contract law and VOB, strong negotiation and communication skills, and very good German and English proficiency.
