Description
The Procurement Manager leads direct and indirect procurement for company operations and government contracts, overseeing sourcing, supplier selection, negotiations, purchase orders, supplier performance, procurement documentation, risk management, and cost, quality, and delivery improvements. The role requires a bachelor’s degree, at least five years of progressive procurement or supply-chain experience, government-contract and FAR compliance experience, and strong collaboration with program management, finance, legal, contracts, quality, engineering, and operations. The position offers a $125,000–$145,000 annual salary range and medical, dental, vision, disability, retirement, leave, and other benefits.
