MANTECH is seeking a Procurement Manager to lead purchasing departments, monitor open contracts, evaluate vendors, negotiate acquisition terms, prepare procurement reports, oversee vendor performance, and coordinate logistics teams for Special Operations facilities in the Pacific AOR. The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least 10 years of relevant experience, quality-gate and technical procurement expertise, and an active Secret clearance. It is a full-time hybrid position in Halawa, Hawaii, with a projected compensation range of $134,700 to $239,600 and benefits including health insurance.
