Mariner is seeking an experienced Procurement Manager for a short-term, full-time onsite engagement in Saint John, New Brunswick. The role manages end-to-end procurement across assigned categories, projects, or supplier engagements; leads sourcing, supplier evaluation, selection, and commercial negotiations; manages supplier relationships; reduces costs and procurement risk; and reports outcomes to client stakeholders. Candidates need procurement or supply-chain experience, sourcing and negotiation expertise, stakeholder-management ability, and strong communication and analytical skills. Consulting or client-facing project experience and relevant procurement qualifications are assets.
