NJIE is hiring a full-time Strategic Procurement Manager to own procurement and supplier partnerships across raw materials, packaging, pricing, contracts, market analysis, forecasting, and product launches. The role combines strategic sourcing, commercial negotiation, business analysis, operational supply, and process improvement, and requires a relevant degree, at least five years of strategic and operational procurement experience, negotiation and contract experience, raw-material market knowledge, strong Excel and ERP skills, and Swedish and English proficiency. The position is based at Krokslätts fabriker in Mölndal, with a start date by agreement.
