Rentokil Initial is hiring a Procurement Manager in Brgy. Kalawaan, Pasig City to oversee procurement and sourcing for operational and service requirements. The role leads supplier evaluation and negotiation, manages supplies and service materials, monitors supplier performance, supports cost-saving initiatives, approves purchase requests, coordinates with operations and finance, manages vendor relationships, analyzes procurement data, supports inventory control, and supervises purchasing staff. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, 5–7 years of procurement or purchasing experience including at least 5 years in a managerial or senior role, and strong negotiation, vendor management, cost analysis, ERP, and Microsoft Office skills.
