Description
The Procurement Manager will lead and develop the procurement team, coordinate tasks, negotiate prices and contracts, manage suppliers and claims, maintain master data, oversee procurement reporting, and identify cost-reduction and process-improvement opportunities. The role requires a technical or business degree or vocational training, several years of procurement experience, initial leadership experience, knowledge of export and customs law and logistics, SAP R/3 MM and procurement-controlling software experience, and strong German and English skills. The position is based at the Fronau/Schneizlreuth site and offers compensation according to the chemical industry collective agreement, flexible working models, profit-sharing, and other benefits.
