Description
The Procurement Manager – Construction leads the commercial execution of construction contracts across EverOn projects, translating project requirements into enforceable scope-of-work and contractual outcomes. The role manages contract negotiation, pricing structures, commercial terms, risk mitigation, approval workflows, vendor evaluation, and contract lifecycle activities while partnering with Construction, Preconstruction, Legal, Risk, and GRC teams. It requires at least eight years of experience in construction procurement, preconstruction, or commercial contracting, along with strong knowledge of contract structures, cost drivers, risk allocation, negotiation, and cross-functional governance.
