The Building and Construction Group is hiring a full-time Manager/Supervisor to manage its trade and supplier panel, negotiate commercial terms, oversee tiered trade allocation and quality assurance, coordinate with project and safety teams, manage supplier accounts and bulk-buy arrangements, and maintain supply-chain performance during normal operations and catastrophe events. The role is based near James Street in Fortitude Valley and offers training, performance-based reviews, referral bonuses, and an employee assistance program.
