UGL, in partnership with CPB Contractors, is seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to lead procurement and supply-chain strategy for critical long-lead equipment and specialist data-centre infrastructure across hyperscale data-centre projects. The role covers sourcing, tendering, negotiation, contract award, supplier relationship management, schedule alignment, risk mitigation, cost optimisation, and value engineering, working with project, engineering and commercial teams from early planning through commissioning. Candidates should have procurement leadership experience in construction, infrastructure, energy, resources or data-centre environments, strong commercial and negotiation skills, and experience with long-lead equipment and complex supply chains.
