Vonovia SE is hiring a Procurement Manager for construction projects to manage procurement for refurbishments, maintenance, backlog work, and major repairs; build and use a regional supplier network; prepare and analyze price benchmarks; conduct tendering and negotiations; coordinate with technical departments; develop subcontractors; and identify process improvements. The role requires technical training or a commercial/technical university degree, several years of procurement experience, construction engineering or construction-project procurement experience, and knowledge of VOB/B and HOAI. Mobile working and flexible hours are offered.
