Description
The Procurement and FF&E Manager supports the commercial lifecycle of Flow’s real estate development projects by performing quantity take-offs, BOQ and cost-estimate preparation, FF&E procurement, supplier and subcontractor coordination, tender evaluation, contract administration, cost monitoring, and payment and final-account support. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying, 5–8+ years of relevant experience, and familiarity with international contract forms, BIM standards, and project-management tools.
