Description
SeaCross is hiring a Procurement Manager to build and professionalize its strategic procurement function from an operational approach. The role owns supplier strategies, sourcing, supplier evaluation, contract negotiations, supplier partnerships, supply-chain risk management, and procurement of hardware and technical products, while also supporting operational orders and delivery follow-up. The position requires post-secondary education in procurement, supply chain, business administration, or a related field, at least five years of relevant strategic procurement experience, hardware or technical-product procurement experience, strong negotiation and business skills, Swedish and English proficiency, and the ability to pass a security clearance. It is a full-time permanent role with hybrid work, an office emphasis, and benefits including occupational pension, health insurance, and a wellness allowance.
