Bulk is hiring a Procurement Manager (Maternity Cover) in London to develop and execute purchasing strategy for ingredients, packaging, and third-party products. The role leads tender processes, negotiates supplier terms and costs, supports new product launches, manages supplier relationships and escalated issues, and contributes to cost-saving and gross-margin targets. Candidates should have experience in food, ingredients, commodities, or FMCG, including sourcing and supplier onboarding, along with strong negotiation, analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills. The position is hybrid, requiring three days in the office and two days working from home.
