Description
The Procurement Manager leads strategic sourcing and supplier-network transformation for BD’s Next Gen Program in the Pharmacy Automation business. Reporting to the Associate Director Pharmacy Automation, the role coordinates sourcing initiatives across manufacturing, R&D, engineering, quality, and supply chain functions; screens and qualifies suppliers; assesses manufacturing, quality, financial, capacity, technology, sustainability, and risk; optimizes supplier footprints; and drives supplier transitions and pipeline development. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, at least five years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, supplier development, supply chain, or project management, and the ability to lead complex cross-functional international projects. The primary work location is DEU Kelberg - Rowastrasse, with an annual salary range of €75,900 to €115,725.
