Mindlance is hiring an onsite Procurement Manager in Toronto, Ontario, for a 12+ month engagement. The role evaluates, develops, negotiates, and drafts third-party contracts for goods and services; collaborates with internal business partners; and manages contractual agreements such as MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, transaction agreements, amendments, and renewals. The position requires 2–4 years of contracting experience, a post-secondary degree or certification in a relevant field, strong market awareness, and the ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
