Description
Ocado Group is hiring a Procurement Manager to lead end-to-end procurement, supplier relationship management, sourcing, contracting, and delivery for third-party material handling equipment (MHE). The role partners with engineering, product development, projects, and suppliers to manage specifications and engineering changes, negotiate commercial and contract terms, provide business-case data, monitor supplier KPIs, mitigate supply-chain risks, resolve supply issues, and drive procurement and process improvements. It is a hybrid role requiring two days per week at the Hatfield office and travel to UK and international supplier sites.
