Härryda Municipality is hiring a permanent Procurement Specialist to lead and drive purchasing and procurement processes with operations from needs analysis through procurement and contract. The role combines commercial acumen, strategic purchasing, advisory support, process development, and collaboration with operations, legal, and colleagues. Candidates should have several years of relevant procurement or purchasing experience, a relevant higher education or university degree, analytical and commercially minded qualities, and the ability to take personal responsibility. Public-sector procurement and LOU knowledge are advantageous, while private-sector experience is accepted with appropriate public-procurement training. The position is based in Härryda Municipality, with a start date by agreement.
