Description
The Procurement Operations Analyst supports QTS’s Procurement organization by managing supplier relationships, purchase order execution, and long-lead-time capital equipment procurement through Oracle ERP. The role coordinates with Capital Equipment and Supply Chain teams, maintains procurement and inventory data accuracy, supports vendor and contract activities, resolves payment and receiving discrepancies, and helps employees understand procurement processes. It requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, at least two years of procurement, supply chain, or sourcing experience, and up to 20% travel; Oracle ERP, capital equipment procurement, and warehouse or logistics coordination are preferred.
