Description
The Procurement Project Lead will oversee procurement for major pipeline and facility projects, managing suppliers and vendors, negotiating contracts, monitoring budgets and costs, mitigating supply-chain risks, conducting market research, and reporting to stakeholders. The role requires a bachelor's degree, procurement and supply-chain experience, leadership and negotiation skills, familiarity with procurement software and contract management, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
