The Procurement Project Manager leads complex, cross-functional projects aimed at improving procurement processes, systems, and capabilities throughout the Source-to-Pay (S2P) lifecycle. This role involves driving end-to-end project execution, integrating procurement domain expertise, and advancing digital transformation through automation and AI-agent enablement.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 8+ years of project/program management experience
Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects across global environments.
Preferred Qualifications: Deep knowledge of S2P workflows—including PR-to-PO, RFx processes, contract lifecycle, supplier onboarding, compliance, and category management.
Ability to lead deployment of AI agents and automation use cases across procurement workflows such as RFx automation, DDQ automation, PR-PO automation, and supplier intelligence.
Capacity to serve as a procurement knowledge leader, coaching teams, contributing to playbooks, standard operating procedures, and process documentation.
Ability to develop and execute change management strategies, including stakeholder analysis, readiness planning, communications, and training plans.
Leadership in leading ad-hoc improvement initiatives to enhance procurement efficiency, compliance, or data quality.
