Description
The Procurement Specialist sources, negotiates, and purchases machinery, equipment, raw materials, packaging, parts, services, and supplies; analyzes supplier performance and price trends; prepares requests for proposals and bid packages; and manages orders, deliveries, payments, and records. The role requires a bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related discipline, strong computer and communication skills, and experience with procurement, RMA purchases, FAR/DFAR compliance, SAP, and defense contract types. The full-time salary range is $44,500 to $82,700, with medical, dental, vision, flexible work arrangements, retirement matching, paid time off, and other benefits.
