Description
The Procurement Specialist sources, negotiates, and purchases machinery, equipment, raw materials, packaging, parts, services, and supplies; analyzes supplier performance and price trends; evaluates acquisition opportunities; prepares requests for proposals and bid packages; and manages orders, deliveries, payments, and records. The role requires strong computer, communication, organizational, analytical, and negotiation skills, along with procurement or acquisition experience and familiarity with FAR/DFAR compliance, defense contract types, SAP, and related procedures. The full-time salary range is $53,900 to $100,100, with medical, dental, vision, flexible work arrangements, retirement matching, paid time off, and other benefits.
