Description
The Project Buyer sources, negotiates, and purchases machinery, equipment, raw materials, parts, services, and supplies for Lockheed Martin’s secure military communications satellite programmes. The role manages supplier relationships, bid packages, orders, deliveries, pricing, schedules, quality, and cost performance, while working with the Supply Chain Management Team and project Supplier Management Teams. It requires strong procurement experience, multi-functional organisational experience, communication skills, UK citizenship, and current or achievable SC clearance, with travel to the United Kingdom and abroad as required.
