Infinite Legacy is hiring a Procurement Services Clinical Field Trainer to provide hands-on clinical instruction, coaching, performance evaluation, and ongoing professional development for Procurement Services team members during donor recovery in hospital operating rooms. The role develops and deploys training curricula, facilitates simulations, monitors competency and training metrics, collaborates with transplant surgeons and hospital operating room teams, and supports process improvement. It requires schedule flexibility for day, night, weekend, and holiday work, travel throughout the service area, and experience in organ procurement, surgical services, transplant recovery, or a related operating room environment.
