The role leads strategic procurement services projects, prioritizes procurement activities, develops advocacy and communication plans, supports e-procurement and web applications, and monitors project progress. It requires a master's degree or equivalent in business administration, management, or a related field, eight years of progressively responsible professional experience in marketing, customer service, or a related field, two to three years of experience managing large multi-stakeholder projects, analytical, negotiation, advocacy, communication, presentation, and computer skills, and fluency in English. Knowledge of another official UN language and relevant country-level experience in development, fragile settings, or humanitarian contexts are desirable.
