Genex Systems is hiring a Procurement Specialist to support the Center Maintenance, Operations, and Engineering contract at NASA Langley Research Center in Hampton, Virginia. The role purchases commercial off-the-shelf, high-tech, custom-developed products, and services; establishes competition; manages vendors and proposals; prepares purchase orders and subcontract documentation; monitors deliveries; and administers wage-scale and subcontractor payroll information. The position requires U.S. citizenship, six years of progressive purchasing or business-office experience, Microsoft proficiency, communication and analytical skills, a valid driver’s license, Real ID identification, and the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance. The work is primarily office-based with travel between facilities and occasional overtime.
