GenScript USA Inc./ProBio Inc. is hiring a fully on-site Procurement Specialist in Pennington, New Jersey to manage sourcing, purchasing, supplier relationships, contracts, purchase orders, procure-to-pay controls, and procurement data for capital expenditures, facility maintenance, and operational categories. The role partners with Operations, Engineering, Facilities, Manufacturing, Quality, Finance, Legal, and Information Technology; requires independent management of RFIs, RFQs, RFPs, bids, negotiations, supplier evaluations, contract administration, purchase-order and invoice discrepancies, compliance, audits, and process improvements. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, three to five years of relevant procurement or supply-chain experience, ERP/SAP and Microsoft Office proficiency, and strong analytical, negotiation, project-management, and collaboration skills. The estimated annual pay range is $60,000–$90,000, with medical, dental, and vision insurance and other benefits.
