IntelliPro is hiring a Mandarin bilingual Procurement Specialist for a 12-month contract supporting its recruitment services category. The role manages the procurement lifecycle, purchase requests, PO execution, vendor coordination, market research, competitive bidding, ERP and OA records, and cross-functional stakeholder collaboration. It is onsite in San Jose, California or New York, New York, four to five days per week, and pays $35-$40 per hour in USD. Candidates need at least three years of procurement or sourcing experience, Chinese proficiency, and proficiency in Excel and ERP/OA systems; recruitment or professional services experience and a bachelor's degree are preferred.
