Description
The Procurement Specialist purchases materials and coordinates goods and services for project bidding and execution. The role reviews specifications and architectural drawings, requests and analyzes vendor quotes, prepares contracts and procurement documentation, develops budgets and schedules, interviews vendors, maintains procurement records, and communicates risks and conditions to project teams. It requires 0–4 years of experience, a bachelor’s degree in a related field, MS Office proficiency, strong communication and organizational skills, and basic knowledge of ISEC products, services, processes, and projects.
