The role involves validating purchase requisitions and quotations, training internal customers, managing procurement systems and purchase orders, collaborating with sourcing, finance, and tax teams, and ensuring compliance with procurement policies and internal controls. Candidates should have procurement and supply-process knowledge, Microsoft Office 365 and advanced Excel skills, English proficiency, and a willingness to learn; a bachelor’s degree in a relevant business field, relevant procurement experience, COUPA or Infor M3 experience, and basic accounting knowledge are preferred.
