The Procurement Specialist will advise specialist departments on procurement law and procedures, select and execute national and Europe-wide tenders, prepare tender documents, review bids, coordinate procurement, lead bidder meetings, and draft award decisions or recommendations. The role requires a bachelor’s degree or comparable qualification, practical public procurement and tendering experience, knowledge of HOAI and bid-cost assessment, strong communication and negotiation skills, and proficiency with MS Office and SAP.
