Description
The Portfolio Specialist will lead procurement strategy and end-to-end procurement for low-to-medium value and risk procurements, support high-value and high-risk procurements, manage suppliers and customers, and deliver compliant, value-for-money outcomes aligned with the Scottish Government’s sustainability agenda. The role has a delegated purchasing authority of approximately £2 million and is a permanent level transfer position open to internal Scottish Government applicants who are currently Priority Movers and substantive B2 employees.
